Gretchen Beyer has managed TechNet's federal public policy agenda and legislative strategies since 1998. Previously, she was an associate in the intellectual property and government affairs practices of Arter & Hadden in Washington, DC. Prior to that, she was Director of Government Affairs for CONCORD, a group of privately-held businesses involved in international trade, mining and technology. Ms. Beyer received her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center and bachelor's degree in economicsĀ and history from Stanford University.
